STOPP Condemns Planned Parenthood's 'Shameless' Post-Hurricane Publicity Stunt

"Now the organization is exploiting one of the worst natural disasters in American history for cheap publicity by offering one month's supply of free birth control and so-called emergency contraception to victims of Katrina."

Wow. Because the flattened clinics should fill their perscriptions instead, right?

Yeah, I could not believe an organization would issue a statement like that. It just floors me.

F***ers! What a bunch of ignorant so-and-so's!

Not sure what I'd have done without Planned Parenthoods Free Pills for a Year program since I've been unemployed...

but how else do you explain the fact that Planned Parenthood lists its clinics in Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana that are closed because of the storm, along with a listing of the clinics' phone numbers? If the clinics are closed, you don't need the phone numbers -- unless you are trying to drum up future business.

Well sir, maybe if your brain wasn't operating on the level of a Dark Ages peasant you might be aware of the majestic leaps and bounds that technology has made, such as the capability to check phone messages remotely.

Now kindly throw yourself into a leech pit.

Face it bored people like to have sex. What else is there when you have no home/car/job because it's under 15 feet of water.

Jeeeeesh! Having sex or otherwise bonding with another living being after facing a huge, insurmountable disaster isn't immoral, it's comforting, and often restores or shores up the little hope that is left.

Doing this should not require one to bring a child into what may be an untenable situation for a long time to come. I think doing so knowingly would be much more immoral than sharing the comfort of human touch through sexual contact and not producing offspring because of it.

What assholes. Nice for them that they can pontificate from their nice, dry hiding places while people are out there praying to be rescued.
