Doing this should not require one to bring a child into what may be an untenable situation for a long time to come. I think doing so knowingly would be much more immoral than sharing the comfort of human touch through sexual contact and not producing offspring because of it.
What assholes. Nice for them that they can pontificate from their nice, dry hiding places while people are out there praying to be rescued.
